We had a brilliant week and due to hot weather we stayed outdoors most of the time, location, pool and view made our holiday great!

This is a great base to explore the Algarve, with lots of beaches, cliff walks and water activities on offer. There was a number of things we didn’t get done - I would recommend at least a week to stay here if you are into a more active or cultural experience

We had a wonderful time.. the villa was great.. comfortable. The pool was lovely , we used it daily. It was so close to the beach and there was a lovely restaurant round the corner 10 out of 10.. thanks for a great holiday

Wir waren mit 6 jungen Männern(25-30) für 5 Nächte in der Villa Baretto untergebracht und es war einfach ein Traum. Die Lage war einfach Traumhaft. Der Strand, die Felsen und das Wasser waren ein Traum! Sehr gerne wieder. Es ist einfach nur zu empfehlen, wir kommen definitiv wieder! We stayed with 6 young men (25-30) for 5 nights in the Villa Baretto and it was just a dream. The location was just amazing. The beach, the rocks and the water were a dream! Lovely again. Its just recommended, well definitely be back!

Had a really good time maid service was excellent

This villa is in an excellent location, with s lovely sized pool sun all day. It is a basic quient villa, no English tv or radio. The view is just lovely & a restaurant a few strides away serving great food.

The villa was quirky in design and very spacious, it had everything we needed. We all loved it. Our kids had a fabulous time and loved the pool.

We thoroughly enjoy our stay in Albufeira. The location of Villa Barreto was excellent. We could walk to at least 4 restaurants walk to a mini market walk to the beach and could see the Atlantic Ocean from Villa Barreto. We were outside most of the time used the pool daily the weather was fantastic met some great people.

We were attending a conference at the nearby hotel so did not spend a great deal of time at the villa which was a shame. We were very comfortable the pool was lovely and we swam early morning before going to our meeting. I had chosen the villa because it was so close to the beach and I was not disappointed - it was a beautiful beach. We went to the restaurant next door the food and service was very good and we did not need to drive. I may book this villa again in the future as it had a good amount of outdoor space on the balcony a good pool with loungers and showers and is in a quiet location.

Villa is very nice and well equipped with all you'd need. Location is excellent for Sao Rafael beach (one of the best in the Algarve) and only a quick taxi ride into Albufeira. The pool was in excellent condition and we had a great stay and definitely recommend.

Lovely and quirky Villa. Pool area is in the sun from dawn till dusk which is perfect. Nice views from the roof terrace of the sea and hills. Short walk to a stunning beach and a couple of very nice restaurants. 10 minutes taxi to Old Town and about 30-40 from Faro airport. Would definitely visit again.

Overall the holiday was very successful. Sao Raphael is just lovely. Bird watching was spectacular just a short distance up the coast. Great holiday, great place.... Looking forward to returning to Sao Raphael.

Our holiday was great and we were lucky with the weather apart from the very first day. We were more than happy with the walk into Albufeira which we made most days and it took us about 45 mins (return taxis are pretty cheap if you'd prefer not to walk). The pool area was left clean and tidy by the maid and was in the sun and shelter most of the day so it was a great place to chill out. The location next to Sao Rafael beach was perfect and there are enough delicious restaurants nearby including the Praia Grande and the Sao Rafael beach cafe to not have to worry about going into town to eat although we did on 2 nights.

We had a great 14 night stay in Beach Villa Barreto. The views from the villa of the sea and surrounding landscape are wonderful. The villa is in a nice quiet area but close to the beach and a good selection of restaurants within easy walking distance. We do know the area and if you like to walk around as we do within15 minutes walking will get you to at least 10 Sunshine bar and Margem Sul our 2 favourites great food and service in both. There are 2 small mini markets within 15 minutes walk and 2 large supermarkets 5 minutes drive away with a fresh fish shop close by. Albufeira marina is about 30 minutes walk with the old town 20 minutes further. All in all a great area to stay. Whether you like the beaches or exploring theres plenty to offer.This was our first time with Agni travel and everything was great from booking to check in.

We had a wonderful family holiday in this villa. It is very comfortable and well equipped. The villa is located in a quiet area and a car was not needed. (The beach is a very short walk and the shops and supermarket not too far - we used a taxi to get home with our shopping though.) There are also several local restaurants, serving great food, in walking distance. We booked this villa through Agni Travel with no problems and it was managed locally by their office, who were excellent in responding to any communication we had with them.
